Position Requirements
ECH Operator
- At least one year of experience operating forklifts and reach trucks.
- Valid UAE Driving License Category 8.
- Applicants should be below 43 years of age.
Electrician
- Minimum two years of experience in facility management.
- Valid UAE Driving License Category 3.
- Good verbal communication skills.
Plumber
- At least two years of experience in facility maintenance.
- Valid UAE Driving License Category 3.
- Good communication skills.
Carpenter
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in facility management.
- Valid UAE Driving License Category 3.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
Painter
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
- Valid UAE Driving License Category 3.
- Good interpersonal skills.
HVAC Technician
- At least two years of hands-on experience in facility management.
- Valid UAE Driving License Category 3.
- Good communication skills.
MEP Technician
- Minimum two years of experience in MEP maintenance.
- Valid UAE Driving License Category 3.
- Strong communication abilities.
Pump & Mechanical Technician
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
- Valid UAE Driving License Category 3.
- Good communication skills.
General Cleaner (Male)
- Minimum one year of professional cleaning experience.
- Basic communication skills.
- Candidates should be under 38 years old.
Truck Driver
- At least two years of truck driving experience.
- Valid UAE Driving License Category 4.
- Candidates should be below 43 years of age.
Goods Receiving & Material Handling
- Experience in warehouse operations, shop floor activities, or material handling.
- Practical knowledge of SAP for inventory and warehouse management.
- Valid UAE forklift operator license.
- Must currently be living in the UAE and available for immediate employment.
- Applicants should be under 43 years old.
General Eligibility
