Customer Relationship & Lead Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

As part of the customer relations team, your main duties will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries received through phone calls, online chat, email, and social media platforms.
  • Distributing incoming sales inquiries to the appropriate Sales and Leasing representatives.
  • Following up with prospective customers to verify information, conduct feedback surveys, and identify qualified sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records by updating and managing information within the company’s CRM system.
  • Coordinating with Sales and Leasing teams to ensure customer data remains current and complete.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports related to customer interactions and lead management.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants should have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, or another client-facing role.
  • Practical knowledge of CRM software and customer database management.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • A professional attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
