Al Jazeera International Catering (AJIC) is seeking an experienced Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor to oversee fleet maintenance and transportation operations. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background in vehicle maintenance and the ability to manage daily fleet activities efficiently.

Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising the maintenance, servicing, and repair of company vehicles.
• Monitoring fleet operations to ensure vehicles remain safe and roadworthy.
• Planning vehicle allocation and coordinating driver duty schedules.
• Managing GPS tracking systems to monitor fleet performance and vehicle movement.
• Preparing and maintaining records related to vehicle incidents, breakdowns, and accident reports.
• Ensuring the timely renewal of vehicle registration (Mulkiya), insurance policies, permits, and other mandatory documentation.
• Coordinating with internal departments and external service providers to minimize vehicle downtime.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

• ITI certification in Mechanics, a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, or relevant experience as a vehicle mechanic.
• Practical experience in vehicle maintenance, repair, and transportation management.
• Strong understanding of fleet administration and operational planning.
• Ability to manage documentation related to vehicle compliance and legal requirements.
• Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Candidates who are currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be given preference.
