Ginco Electrical & Sanitary Contracting Co. LLC (GESCO) is conducting a walk-in hiring event in Dubai for experienced professionals in the MEP and construction sector. The company is looking to strengthen its workforce by recruiting skilled engineers, foremen, and chargehands for ongoing and upcoming projects across the UAE.

- Foreman – Electrical (Minimum 10 years of experience)
- Foreman – Ducting (Minimum 10 years of experience)
- Foreman – HVAC (Minimum 10 years of experience)
- Foreman – Air Conditioning (Minimum 10 years of experience)
- Chargehand – Plumbing (Minimum 5 years of experience)
- Chargehand – Electrical (Minimum 5 years of experience)
- Chargehand – AC & Copper Piping (Minimum 5 years of experience)
- Senior HVAC Engineer (Minimum 10 years of relevant UAE experience)
- Senior Plumbing Engineer (Minimum 10 years of relevant UAE experience)
- Senior Electrical Engineer (Minimum 10 years of relevant UAE experience)
- Electrical Engineer (5–8 years of UAE experience)
- Mechanical Site Engineer – HVAC (3–5 years of UAE experience)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Relevant work experience is mandatory for the position being applied for.
- Previous UAE experience is essential for all vacancies.
- Fresh graduates and inexperienced candidates are not eligible.
- Preference will be given to applicants holding a Visit Visa or those with a Cancelled Residence Visa.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will receive priority during the selection process.
