  • Civil Multi Technician (UAE Manual Driving License Required)
  • Civil Team Leader cum Driver
  • MEP Team Leader cum Driver
  • HVAC Technician cum Driver
  • Shutter Door Technician
  • MEP Technician (Driver)
  • Network Cabling Technician

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of UAE experience in the facilities management sector.
  • ITI certificate or Diploma is mandatory for technician positions.
  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Candidates must be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position, selected candidates will be expected to:

  • Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Inspect equipment, diagnose faults, and complete repairs efficiently.
  • Attend maintenance requests and emergency service calls promptly.
  • Carry out assigned maintenance work according to company procedures and quality standards.
  • Follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines while performing daily duties.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, complete work reports, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
