Kyoto Technologies is expanding its sales team and is currently hiring a Business Development Executive for Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE. Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Visiting prospective clients across the UAE to promote the company’s products and services.
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understanding client requirements and recommending suitable business solutions.
- Arranging and attending client meetings, product presentations, and sales discussions.
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and following up with clients to convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and updating customer information in company records.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent customer service.
- Monitoring market developments, competitor activities, and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Preparing regular sales performance and activity reports for management.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or field sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- A self-driven and target-focused approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE for client visits and business meetings.
- A valid UAE driving license will be considered an added advantage.
