Available Position

Operations Coordinator (Male)

Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Knowledge of mailing and courier procedures is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage procurement activities and supplier coordination.
• Schedule and organize team assignments.
• Conduct site visits and prepare reports.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
• Maintain operational records and documentation.
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
