IT Specialist

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining servers, network infrastructure, and end-user systems.
• Providing technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Administering user accounts, email services, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Installing, configuring, and upgrading computers, operating systems, and business applications.
• Implementing cybersecurity measures to protect company data and network resources.
• Performing routine system backups and supporting disaster recovery planning.
• Monitoring software updates, licensing compliance, and overall system performance.

Candidate Requirements

To qualify for this position, applicants should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT administration or technical support.
• Practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, and Firewall technologies.
• Experience with backup solutions, system recovery procedures, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• The capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+, or Security+ will be considered an advantage.
